Are the agents telling the truth?

I bought Ariana Grande tickets late January for a concert June 24th.
I still do not have the tickets so I have been contacting agents pretty frequently. They have said they have contacted the seller multiple times.
I just got off call with another agent and they told me my seller also bought from StubHub and is waiting to receive those tickets to then send to me. The agent put me on hold and came back saying they just talked to the ORIGINAL seller (the seller that sold the tickets to MY seller) and said that they are just waiting to send the tickets to my seller but they DO have them and sent proof of having them. The agent said both my seller and the seller to my seller are both very reputable on StubHub and have a great record with sales on StubHub.
I asked the agent multiple times to clarify that someone does have the tickets and they are not speculative. The agent assured me that there is a money back guarantee but that I will 100% not have to use that guarantee as my tickets will 100% be sent since both my sellers are communicative and reputable.
She didn't seem to take pauses for her answers or seem unsure about anything.
But what do you guys think? Do you think she's lying about my seller (and seller's seller) reputation?

Tips on Calling StubHub

I bought Ariana Grande tickets late January and still have not received them. I've read here before that people have successfully called Stubhub around a month before the event to get the Stubhub representative to contact the seller to send the tickets earlier.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on what questions are best to ask and how to come across to have the best success in getting anywhere with these representatives. I read before that people had to be persistent, call multiple times, and practically harass them nonstop to have them contact the seller to send the tickets. but what specifically should I ask, what should I say, and how pushy should I be? Any advice is helpful lol but please no "you're doomed. you're never getting your tickets" comments
