Sbi life not giving back money

So my father went to SBI to do a pension scheme. Some bank employee told us about retire smart plus. We first thought to invest in that and did some initial paper work, video verification we didn't do. After coming from the bank, I researched about it a lot and decided not to do the insurance. We informed the bank. They told us if the money got deducted, it'd be refunded. Our 3 lakhs were deducted. It's been 15 days, we didn't get the refund. We don't even have any policy number, just has a proposal number. I emailed sbi life, bank manager etc but nothing is happening. What to do? Please tell me.

I want to share how's my life going

So I 24F was an intern in a GMC earning pretty decent. Now I just graduated. I consciously made the choice for not doing JRship & invest the crucial time on me & my studies.

As I'm not earning now I'm in a constant guilt of finishing my syllabus obviously what I wanted. Idk if my decision is right or wrong.

I don't like the locality infact the state I live in because obviously I don't feel the connection. My probable connections are also living far given up on me for when I'll meet them. It can be a question why I need to move to them instead of them come meeting me. I want to move out to go live in their city because obviously I told earlier.

I'm a travel enthusiast. I took two trips during my internship with my friend & my experience was just awesome. I've saved up some money (around 1.5 lakhs) to spend on a trip after my neet pg. I don't know if that's enough for a Bangkok-Bali trip. I decided to start working after my neet pg obviously. Till then Ive decided to go to gym & study only.

Hope my plans workout. I've not posted it in a medico's sub because I really don't like doctors as my friends or suggestion givers. Don't take it otherwise. It's just my personal choice.
