Get ready for the hardest 7 months of your lives. It’s more psychological than physical. Just have a no quit attitude and remember what brought you there in the first place. Study hard for the academics they are not to be underestimated. Flash cards, study guides whatever works for you. Make the most out of PT. It sucks but it’ll put you in the best shape of your life.
