I had a problem with a zipper, got a very quick response, and on the Hexatrek, it was fixed straight away. Tonight I'll sleep warm and mosquito-free. I can't thank Dan's after-sales service enough. Now I can continue the ascent without any bugs! I really appreciate Dan and his company
