hi I’ve been a ft CEM manager for Michael’s for like 2 years now. I never have my second break covered because there’s no other manager here at that time. im required to have my radio on, I can’t leave the store usually I’m able to sit but I still answer calls if I need to, and questions over the radio. I was told to just start my break over again if I get interrupted but I’d be taking a break all night if I did that lol

a friend of mine just told me that in California that counts as missing my break and I’m entitled to an extra pay, is that true does anyone know?
