•	Roi de Deniers → King of Pentacles / King of Coins

•	Huit de Deniers → Eight of Pentacles / Eight of Coins

•	Roi d’Épée → King of Swords

•	As de Deniers → Ace of Pentacles / Ace of Coins

I am a bit new at this so I’d be so glad if anyone can help me in this

The cards look like:

•	The Star (L’Étoile)

•	Ace of Pentacles / Coins (middle card)

•	8 of Swords

•	5 of Swords

•	3 of Swords

I’m still very new to tarot and would love a second opinion on this reading about my ex.

My question was basically: is he coming back, or has he moved on / started talking to someone else?

The cards I pulled were:

•	Judgement (XX)

•	3 of Cups

•	4 of Swords

•	The Hanged Man (XII)

•	5 of Swords

The deck is in French so:

•	Le Jugement = Judgement

•	Le Pendu = The Hanged Man

I’m a little confused because some cards seem positive and others don’t 😭

To me it feels like there’s unfinished business or communication possible (Judgement), but also distance/stagnation (Hanged Man + 4 of Swords). The 3 of Cups is what confuses me most — could it mean reconciliation, friendship, or even a third party? And the 5 of Swords makes me wonder if there’s still conflict or hurt feelings involved.

I’d really appreciate any interpretations or advice from more experienced readers 🙏
