One of my colleagues is being bullied at work i don’t know what to do
Hi guys so slightly at a loss here. I absolutely love my job, but over the past year I’ve noticed my colleague is getting bullied by management. this includes being excluded from conversations and even gets told off for participating in office chats, this could be work related conversations btw. when they do something wrong they almost get told off in a way no one else does. Theyre feeling completely excluded now and have voiced to me several times now they feel isolated and it’s absolutely devastating to see because it’s genuinely really affecting them. Its come to a point now I have been a witness to this behaviour and feel a bit like a bystander I can’t cope with it, not sure what to do now without losing my own role or getting in trouble myself?
