So basically everything about pantalone dottore and the potential revive
- the scales are unbalanced i suppose even if its positioned to show being tilted to pantalone's side implying dottore is in debt through visuals only
- pantalone telling him about the story of a guilty man who wanted to confess his sin to god while an angry mob outside waited to bring him to justice
- feofan meaning "manifestation of god"
- pantalone having priest - themes (can i call him daddy?)
- dottore quite literally confessing his sins in the last cutscene
- confession, forgiveness and rebirth being themes of Christianity in russia- i mean snehznaya
- pantalone got hit by the idea of a soul baby from dottore, which is declined as he cant do it alone, for now
- wearing the ring symbolising eternal connection at the very least
I suppose it all comes down to whether pantalone himself will be playable (because if he is then they must push another male with him. Its a tradition at this point for the tall males like with varka-flins , neuvi-wrio , alhaitham-kaveh, ororon-ifa , zhongli-childe , ayato-thoma) and i dont think they can push any other male character with him other than dottore since thats already been established since all the way back in sumeru.
And also if the devs themselves want him back- because if they want to then theres atleast a hundred different ways to do it. But will they after going above and beyond to give him a supposed "peaceful" goodbye (unlike in 6.3 where he went out cursing the entire world) with every character saying hes dead for good for the last time, with almost everything about him hastily resolved? Well we will know in 37 days when patch ID drops . Pray we see pantalone in it 🤷♀️
