Magisters terrace, first boss. Pull the side platforms, or no?

Tried a +12 earlier, tank didn't pull the side platforms before the boss. First time I've seen that, but also my first 12 for that dungeon. Anyway, boss does his knock back, and out of habit I have my back towards the platform and pull the mob, and we wipe. It was entirely my fault, I noticed that we didn't pull them first, but muscle memory took over and I didn't think about where I was standing.

As keys get higher and routes/strategies change, is it normal to not pull either platform before the boss? Is this a high key thing that our group wasn't prepared for, or a careless tank?

Why do routes change as keys get higher?

I've noticed that as keys get higher, the routes and pulls start to change. Sometimes in small ways, and sometimes it's totally different pathing or pulls.

As keys get higher, the people doing them have better gear. So it seems like the same routes should work at all levels, and the pulls should stay relatively similar too. Maybe slightly smaller or larger pulls if there's a particular mob that's a problem to deal with.

So why do the routes and pulls change as keys get higher?

Does anyone else skip a day to "reset" once in a while?

I started taking vyvanse a couple months ago, and it's been great, but it's not perfect. I decided to skip it today just to see how I would react, and it's been a great day. I was lazy in a way that was beneficial, I had an actually relaxing day, I drank a TON of water without running to the bathroom every 5 minutes, and was able eat actual meals, instead of forcing myself to eat small snacks throughout the day.

While I'm grateful for the benefits I get from the medication, I think taking days off will be just as beneficial for me in the long run. Does anyone else do this?

How to sim?

Title, basically. I wanna play around with stat priorities, and find out when I start to get diminished returns from stacking crit, or mastery, etc. But I've never simmed a character before. How do I go about simming my character, and adjusting stats on the Sim?

260 ilvl affliction warlock. With current gear, and the fact that demo is outperforming affliction, what's the highest M+ I can expect to get into?

I just started running mythic dungeons, so I'm still figuring things out a little bit. But I don't wanna waste anyone's time. Haven't had any trouble timing up to +9/10 so far, can I go up to 13-15 at this point? Higher?

We had an arc flash incident last week. I was on a different site, so I don't have the whole story.

What I do know, the guy lived and is expected to make a full recovery, although he's got a long road ahead of him.

We always have the right to say no, ask for PPE and take appropriate safety measure. Not only is it our right, but it's our responsibility to ourselves and our families to do so.

Stay safe out there, no job or task is worth your life.

Does anyone else do this? I've always struggled to be able to organize my thoughts. I've never had a problem thinking, there's a billion different thoughts running through my head at any given moment. But keeping track of them and making them into anything cohesive has always been a huge struggle. However, as soon as I sit down with a pen and paper, the thoughts seem to organize themselves, and new thoughts seem to just grow from what's on the paper. But they stay on the topic of whatever it is I'm writing about.

Curious if anyone else does this? Or other "hacks" you use to help organize your thoughts? And for anyone that hasn't tried this, give it a shot! It's been quite helpful on the occasions I remember to do it...
