Anyone here actually running a fully autonomous email agent without it blowing up?
Saw a long thread arguing against fully autonomous email agents. The argument was that the autonomous version demos beautifully and gets ripped out within two months because one wrong reply at 2am torches a customer relationship.
Half the AI SDR pitches I'm getting right now sell the autonomous dream. Anyone here actually got a fully autonomous SDR running without it blowing up? Or is human-on-send the consensus now?
