My experience with Syus Housing

A few months ago, I scheduled a viewing with Syus Housing. I arrived 15 minutes early, only for them to call me at the exact time of the viewing to tell me it was cancelled. No heads up, no apology. Just a last-minute call after I'd already made my way there.

Fast forward to a couple of days ago. I booked several viewings specifically for next academic year. I made sure to use the correct links for academic year rentals. The people showing the properties were pleasant enough, and I was told to fill out an application form and send my payslip and my parents if I was interested. Fine, no problem. I submitted applications for all the properties.

They replied shortly after, telling me the properties are only available for 3 months. I specifically booked through the academic year listings. Either their website is misleading or there's a serious lack of communication internally, because I wasted an entire day viewing properties I was never actually eligible for.

To top it all off, the communication from the agency has been rude and passive aggressive throughout.
I really wish there were more honest reviews out there for student housing agencies like this.
