Hey all, just joined here and haven’t looked if there’s a thread on this subject or not so sorry if this is a repeat topic.
Anyway, I’m turning my Tracker 1436 into a duck boat and getting to the point I’m ready for some primer. What are some budget friendly self-etching primer options?
The overwhelming results on google are endless so I just figured I’d ask for some input from people who have painted their boats.
So as the title states I have a 3350 with the external grind button that I’ve been having an issue with getting stuck in grind mode.
I resorted to just leaving it unplugged from the button because I don’t ever use my hood for grinding and it worked fine until earlier today when I picked up my hood and it turned itself into grind mode. Been unplugged from the button for probably close to 2 months now.
The only process I’ve found that works for resolving the issue is taking my lens completely out, taking out the battery and covering up the solar strip while pressing the test button for about 30-45 seconds to get it out of grind mode. I’ve tried searching online to see if there’s any kind of remedy I can do to permanently fix this issue but I can’t find anything at all.
Has anyone else run into this issue with the external grind button on their Lincoln hoods?
