Started work recently as a sellside trader working ~50h/week. Annualised tc is ~230k for this noa, tc this year will be ~280k. Does anybody know how growth will be like on sellside? Boss told me ~15-25% YoY, but I'm not sure where this caps out. I know of fresh grads in other firms getting 2x-3x my tc...

Not sure whether to try hopping to buyside, figures quoted by recruiters don't seem too enticing for the risk of a job change
