iOS 27B5 might’ve saved my phone

My phone’s been running super hot lately, partly the weather, but I’m pretty sure iOS 26.6 was making it worse. It felt warmer than it should for what I was actually doing, and it was even hot to the touch when I wasn't even using it.

Today I finally updated to iOS 27 DB5 after getting a temperature warning in the middle of a video call (I was on Wi-Fi and hooked up to a 12W charger).

It’s been about three hours, and honestly, even with all the background re-indexing going on, it already feels a lot better. The phone isn't baking like it used to, and the battery seems to be holding its charge better, too.

For anyone else running iOS 27 DB5: is it just in my head, or are you guys seeing a real difference too?
