Guys im sorry for not keeping a clear track of my journey. But im completely busy, and sometimes it does not come to me that I need to write in the group. Because im new here, since 8 days ago when my journey began. To the brothers struggling don't forget to keep your head high and look forward to the better days where YOU HAVE CHANGED YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER! Sorry for the delay of my journey, i was in a Hospital due to my sleep apnea. And forgot to update, God's speed to everyone!!!

There is a username here and there might be more, the one im talking about is Icy_Safety_878. She keeps texting me and provoking me to break my streak. WATCH OUT BE VERY CAREFUL!!!

Im 29 and a little tip for younger people but im not trying to attack or shame anyone, it's just how I get by better every day. I work as a conductor on trains in Germany, and you won't believe me when I tell you how many men(45/50+ years) are watching porn and then going to jerk off in the train bathroom. The day I decided to start my no nap journey is also the same day I realized I don't want to be like any of those men. I want to have a grip on my life and be able to control my lust and sexual urges. So if you find this helpful I hope you also have a wonderful day. God's speed to everyone!!!

Idk how you guys found this subreddit, but I have found it through a YouTube channel named "Conan Arc" . I would highly recommend for you guys to check his channel out, he does not have many videos but let me tell you he is as real as it gets. God's speed to everyone!!!
