Wanting to start collecting and won these in a claw machine and ran across this going through my wallet after an atm withdrawal

Just curious about this serial number. I thought it was neat did t know if it added any value or not, I suspect not but I thought it was pretty cool and the closest ive come to getting a broken ladder or something like that. Sorry im new to this but tryin to learn.
