Fibre upgrade but slow to load web pages

So we took the plunge to upgrade to FTTP and it was a very easy, and quick. We’re getting 500/40 at off peak times and around 70/40 during peak. Everything works, but heaps of websites and platforms take 5-10 seconds to load, but not all the time. Once its loaded it goes great, no lag or random dropouts, but I launch Youtube for example, and it takes 10 seconds to load the content pane. I thought maybe its just 1 device we have that might be a bit glitchy, but I get the same issue on DTV, ipad, phone and laptop. Im with TPG if that makes any difference. I know its literally a 1st world problem, but I just expected fttp to be so fast and awesome with none of this type of bullocks.

EDIT - ignore the 2nd photo

Edit 2 - I restarted the ntd box and vwalalah - fixed

Aussie Rosemary

Can I cut back Australian rosemary all the way down to the trunk and it will come back or will it just die? I’ve got this unkept rosemary shrub and it’s not compact it’s looking scraggly and out of shape
