[PC] [2009-2013 most likely] hidden object / puzzle adventure game (HOPA) with statues and a snowy town
I bought it physically at Walmart in a bundle with Sherlock Holmes and the Hound of the Baskervilles.
Here's what I remember:
the setting is a snowy / winter abandoned town or city, Victorian era I think.
almost entirely outdoors.
gray stone human statues everywhere.
the statues were alive or animated and had glowing eyes. I don't remember them moving, but I remember them being alive somehow for sure, or if they moved it was very slightly.
creepy atmosphere, maybe an older male narrator voice in the beginning.
you progressed by unlocking gates and revisiting areas with items/puzzles that you had to find. I clearly remember a gate and some sort of wheel mechanism.
there may have been a castle or fortress somewhere in the town.
classic hidden object + inventory puzzle gameplay.
not super fairy-tale/fantasy styled, more gothic and realistic.
I think I remember an arrow that was important too.
I already checked games like Grim Tales: The Stone Queen, Echoes of the Past: Royal House of Stone, and some Mystery Trackers games, and none of them seem right.
To be clear a lot of my memory here could be more imagined than real as I was around six or seven years old when I played this game. I could talk about specific areas, but I don't remember them too vividly, unfortunately.
