to stop myself from cutting myself, i took a blade to a post it note and it sort of calmed the urge for me. is there anything else that calms that urge for you guys when you cut it? like would cardboard be a good one to try?
i don’t need general college advice because i already did a year as a music education major. i’m switching to secondary education with a focus in history and i am interested in making sure im prepared before the school year starts.
what history should i know before i enter college history classes? how much geography and politics should i know about? just basic things like that. i want to know how much (or how little) i need to study this summer.

the past few years, i’ve taken pride in the fact that although my farts sound nasty, they never stink. well i started taking lamictal a month and a half ago and now my farts are absolutely rancid 😭 is there ANYTHING i can do to make them not smell so horrible?
it’s such a specific feeling but i love once the cut is closed, it’s elevated off my skin and i can run my fingers over it bc it feels cool, esp when there’s multiple near each other. is there anybody else in the same boat that maybe has alternative things to do that feel similar?
