I 24M was talking to this 20F for a little over a month during the summer. We both agreed to be friends but if something more came of it we would welcome it. We hung out doing multiple things & it was honestly great. Texting was fluid, in person was super flirty & fun, eventually we did kiss. That's when I decided to ask her on a proper date which we went on & went well and hung out afterwards, never slept with her but multiple times we made out & whatnot. Eventually my birthday came & she spent $80 on a gift which I thought was super kind, then treated me to breakfast as well and I was so thankful for that. But after that happened the texts started to get dry, time went on without seeing her while trying to plan it. Then I saw she posted another dude on her story & it felt like a shot in the heart. She still sends me memes throughout the day but I obviously know that's done. Do I text her to even ask just what happened between us? As I thought that gesture was leading towards more then just what happened. Or leave it as be.
