Tested Positive for U Parvum

I and my partner tested positive for U. Urealyticum in January (I know she also tested positive for some form of ureaplasma, but not sure of the exact kind- for me it was U. Urealyticum). We both took antibiotics and both tested negative afterwards. Since then, we had unprotected sex once a few months ago, and had protected sex several times.

I now, just to be cautious, retested for ureaplasma. This time I was negative for U. Urealyticum, but postive for U. Parvum (there were four kinds of ureaplasma on the test, including mycoplasma, and I tested negative for three of them but postive for U. Parvum). I read that of Urealyticum and Parvum, Urealyticum is the one that causes more symptoms, and U. Parvum is more commonly found as part of the normal microbiome of the genital area. I am having no symptoms and haven't had any.

If this variation could be benign, I don't want to have to go through the whole process all over again of antibiotics, then retesting and waiting for the results. I've also read too much anti biotics can make things worse. Last time I took antibiotics I got a yeast infection as well.

Please let me know what's recommended.

Thanks!
