PSA: Marriage Rights for Nobility actually does something

The tooltip for the Royal Marriage Rights privilege only says "+5% Cabinet Efficiency", when it also prevents a -10 legitimacy hit every time your ruler or their immediate family marries a noble. I wish I knew this the many times I was trying to put my nobles in their place by revoking all their dumb stuff. Mid to late game getting that 10 legitimacy back effectively costs hundreds of Dukats.

My vassals have mood swings

I have 10ish single province vassals, all sitting between 60-80 loyalty, and have been that way for 50+ years. One month, seemingly out of nowhere, they're all at 20-40 loyalty. Wut.

The variable that changed was "combined vassal strength compared to overlord" which seemed to double overnight. I wait two months, everything's back to normal, everyone's loyal.

A few years later, it happens again. All vassals go disloyal out of nowhere. Then in two months, no problemo.

Then they all got disloyal for like 10 years in a row before switching back. I had to jack up diplo expenses, slashed colony funding, no more stab boosting etc. Then they were all loyal again over night. Then unhappy again.

I had just stolen map number 173 in my current playthru when I scientifically deduced that AI countries either

(a) steal maps themselves, which seems unlikely cuz if that was the case there would be like a hundred different coalitions at any given moment

(b) are sending out expeditions throughout the game, which is prohibitively expensive for smaller guys, at least in the early game. It also seems a bit silly that the wealthy merchants of say Novgorod pooled their wealth to fund an explorer to "discover" the exotic mythical lands of France

(c) The AI gets cheats where maps are passively leaked to them over the course of the game

I don't remember seeing potential changes to how maps are discovered in upcoming patches, maybe I missed that detail. I kinda miss the old passive spread from EU4 given how it currently works.
