Career Advice Needed: I have a competitive business management and leadership experience, but my lack of degree is getting in the way.

I have an unusual career progression.

I am a college dropout.

But, I built two venture-backed million-dollar fintech startups in Singapore with operations in the Philippines where I was the CEO. One failed, one was successfully acquired by a global bank.

I also have over 5 years of BPO industry experience as a Tech Support Rep.

I tried early retirement, but man, that was boring.

I don't build tech companies unless I personally experienced a huge problem worth solving. So far, I found none.

Now, I am thinking of rebuilding my corporate career and put my skills to good use. It is not even about money anymore.

I applied as TL but I am always overqualified.

I am applying as OM but the lack of degree, despite my extensive business management and leadership experience is proving to be a challenge.

My former TLs and OMs are even encouraging me to aim higher based on what I achieved professionally (the company I founded that was acquired is something, I could bet, most Filipinos are using or have seen in the consumer finance space).

I can't seem to get any interviews from hiring managers and I suspect it is because of my unusual career progression and lack of a college degree.

For those hiring managers, how can I overcome my lack of degree and help hiring managers convince that my business management and leadership experience outweigh the former?
