
My first Kuromi
I am a brand new Kuromi fan and today I got my first Kuromi. She's so adorably cute. She's also a heat pack, so I am hoping she'll help for those times when either my wife or I are dealing with cramps.

Every time I get my period, I struggle to maintain my routine (which is currently daily cardio, and full-body weight training three times a week). But I have a problem where if my routine gets thrown off even a little, there's a good chance I will just break the routine and the habit entirely.
The photos y'all post (amazing, btw, all of you) suggest that you're much better and more experienced at keeping up a weight lifting routine. How do you manage when you're also dealing with all those wonderful period symptoms?
Do you just push through? Do you vary your routine? Lighten your weights?
