I actually don’t mind her content at all. Not a big fan but this post had me thinking about who she talking about? Could it be Diana Z or her sisters?They never repost her stuff everrrrr ,unless they are in it.
Long story short, my youngest brother is getting married in a few months, Alhamdulillah.
My concern is that he and his soon to be wife have not discussed her “marriage gift” I’m not sure if that word is allowed on this subreddit since it was flagged the last time I used it.
I spoke to him about the importance of it and that it is her right. He told me she said she has never heard of it. That honestly baffles me and, as a woman, it makes me uneasy. I don’t want to come across as an overbearing sister or overstep but I worry about her and his aloof behavior.
For context, his fiancé is of South Asian descent and has spent a significant amount of time back home. Our family is not South Asian.
Any thoughts or advice?
