My friend is telling me to tell my guidance counselor but I keep finding so many sources contradicting each other. Like one source says they are notified at some point that it was the school and others say they aren't.

If it helps I live in California and the person I would be reporting to is a high school counselor.

Does anyone know what that huge explosion was?? It definitely wasn't a fire work and we could see a ungodly amount of smoke. ​​
