These were found in North Carolina near a river

She is a Pegasus, formally called Thunder Clap. She was a storm chaser and would fly after large storms to try and slow them down before they could do any major damage. During a rough storm that was heading toward Canterlot, one of her wings was struck by lightning, paralyzing it.
Unable to do what she once loved she ended up moving to Ponyville and started running an art store. She found a new passion in art, she would paint beautiful paintings of the storms she once chased. She ended up changing her name to Brush Stroke.
She uses a belt to help her wings stay in place and wears an apron to hide her cutie mark, which is a tornado with wings.
She became a friend to Scootaloo as they were both flightless pegasi.
