i feel like a part of my ocd comes from projecting. i overanalize myself a lot and i project anything i think onto others 100 times stronger. if i think i slightly dislike a person, everyone probably hates me. if i judge someones actions in the slightest, theres probably lots of people judging me and also im a hypocrite.

i don't usually realize it the moment i get an obsession, but i noticed recently it might be the cause for at least part of them. i pay attention to a lot of details and other peoples actions. even though i dont do it in a bad way, im just observant, i still think people also pay attention to mine and judge me. no one probably gives a shit. i should stop projecting myself.
