Tackling prereqs as a parent to young kids?

I'm currently a 41 year old stay-at-home-mom of 3 young kids (soon 6, 4, and 1), and over the past couple of years, I've felt a strong pull towards nursing.

I have some major doubts and concerns about the feasibility of successfully completing prerequisites in order to be a competitive candidate. I have a BFA, so I didn't need to take any of the prereqs that nursing programs require for my degree. Needless to say, I feel intimidated by the thought of having to take courses like chemistry and microbiology.

...ESPECIALLY as a mom to young kids.

Maybe there are a few of you in this sub who are in a similar boat as me. Is it feasible without having to spread out prereqs over more than 2-3 years? How are you balancing parenting with studying/school?

What restaurant has wowed you recently? (2026 edition)

Five years ago, there was a post with the same title posing the same question.

I figure five years later is a good time for us to reanswer this question.

So Atlantans, what restaurants have wowed you in the past year or so?
