is it foolish to have close to 750K all in XEQT?

Includes rrsp , TFSA , non registered as well.

I am not very savvy when it comes to investing in stock market

Apart from above , I have around 250K in fidelity MF through investment advisor.

How would you go about if you were in my situation?

Should I move 100K in GOLD etf ? Like KILO?
I am looking for 5-10 year horizon
