Hello, I'm an incoming grad student who will be commuting. Never been to Rutgers before. My classes are on college ave (Academic Building and Scott Hall). So far from my research I've seen that my best parking options are:

Livingston permit + bus - $115, extra 30 minutes to get to college ave and 30 minutes back

College ave permit - $230

My question is, are there any cheaper alternatives or is this the best I'm gonna get? Also which route would you go in my position (classes twice a week + 1 Friday a month)
