Nosebleeds in Clusters

Bit of a back story, I'm in my 30s now and a few times a year for most my life I would get nosebleeds. A number of nosebleeds for a day or 2 then nothing. Like a couple of days ago I had 4 nosebleeds in one day, each of them out of nowhere. I always have and only get nosebleeds from my left nostril. They are fast heavy flowing with clots, my nosebleeds go down my throat so I sometimes also spit out clots. Lasting 1 min to 20ish mins. They do make me feel a bit light headed and sick. Randomly throughout the year I would taste blood and think one is starting. Sometimes there was be some dry blood in my nose.

Probably about 4 years ago I went to the doctors about my nosebleeds as I had a bad spell and was worried it was something more. I felt silly to go to the doctors over this. They said I'm probably fine, ran some blood tests anyways and was told they came back normal. While I'm typing this I remembered about a couple of years ago my boyfriend did at home blood testing kits so I thought I'd give them a try. Did it, sent it away and didn't get results as my blood had thickened. I got a second try and still had the same issue so no results.

I have a headache disorder (unrelated to nosebleeds as it's just how my brain is wired). When I finally saw a neurologist 2 years ago and FINALLY got a diagnosis to get the help I needed after being dismissed by doctors. During that neurologist appointment she asked if there was anything else she needed to know and I mentioned my nosebleeds...she was horrified!! I said how I'd been to the doctors and they didn't think it was anything to worry about.

After having the 4 really bad heavy nosebleeds a couple of days ago it just all got my thinking again...

Anyone else in the some boat of getting nosebleeds for a day or 2 then nothing for months? Should I be worried?

Just to note, I'm not sick and I'm not aware of any triggers. It all feels random to me.
