Last summer I used a titleist U505 iron and did not have a driver in my bag. The last driver I used was a Callaway paradym and it was ok, but I had swing issues and kept hitting a hook every 3rd or so shot.

I’ve been looking at:
Titleist GTS2.
Titliest GT2.
Sim max 2
Ping g440
Callaway Quantum.

I’m just curious if there is going to be much of a difference in paying £300 extra for a newer model.

There is only one place close to me where I can get a fitting but they don’t have some of the older models.

For context I hit the Paradym around 255-265 average. I was hitting the U505 around 220 but it was consistent with a slight draw.

I’m leaning more towards the Titleist GT2 but I did hit a friends sim max 2 a few times last week and it felt great.

Does anyone want to make a run in no hope or nightmare? I’m experienced and can run a majority of builds. Would prefer no melee players
