Help!! Second holter monitor, how do I ensure it picks up my palpitations?

Tl;dr: I need a way to trigger heart palpitations that are dormant before triggered. I only have two weeks, and previous monitors detected nothing despite my logs.

Hey! I’m 17 with an undiagnosed chronic illness that we assume is fibromyalgia. I get chronic fatigue, pain, exhaustion, muscle spasms, and heart palpitations. I was referred to a cardiologist who gave me a BioTel ePatch holter monitor for three days. They said they detected nothing, despite me logging several events where I was 100% sure they happened.

However, shortly after that my Apple Watch picked up very clear palpitations. They are very hard to catch on it as I have to have the ECG running and catch it within 30 seconds but it was THERE, I caught three of them. They’ve given me a second monitor for 2 weeks as I plead that 3 days was not enough time to pick up anything significant… my palpitations like to hide and then reappear very strong and frequent for a week before disappearing. Thus my panic.

I was putting it off wearing it until I stumbled upon one of these weeks so I could guarantee multiple strong examples during the wearing period, but they pressured me to put it on ASAP. I have it on now and am going to try to trigger as many palpitations as possible. I’m pulling an all nighter and plan to physically exert myself as those are usually what can trigger them.

In a last desperate measure I plan to print out the screenshots of the palpitations detected and write a note describing the attacks of them I get as well as how they feel standalone. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
