Is early exit possible in CG?
I have joined CG back July'25. Because of my family emergency I have to quit it ASAP and take over my family business. But they are saying that there is no option for buy out or reducing the notice period days even though my project manager agreed to release me on 30th May. Have multiple convo with the HR but she did not agree. So can someone help me?
