That would explain why Mari was angry all day yesterday

An extremely low-quality edit because I was lazy

So I was just doomscrolling on AO3 reading some stuff until I suddenly stumbled upon this work: "Aubrey Vs Sweetheart's Lil Sister" by Mephisto_hate. At first I was just going to ignore it until I saw that it includes Buttermilk.

If you didn't know, Buttermilk, a brief character that appeared on the Rainy Mari teaser from last year, so why does this character appear in a fanfic from 4 years ago? Well, because apparently Buttermilk isn't original from the mods story, but rather was created by users of /OMOG/, 4Chan's OMORI board, created to be Sweetheart's little sister, as the title of the work says.

So I entered the work, and I found out that it also includes drawings of the /OMOG/ board that showcase her full design, and she is pretty much like the one shown in the teaser. She has the same haircut, ribbon position, handwrists and dress, with the only differences being her color scheme since the original has a similar color scheme as Sweetheart, but the Rainy Mari one has instead more soft pinks and whites, like the strawberry cake behind her; she lacks the broken heart on her belt (although maybe this is just because of how much detail the pixel art can show) and due to how her drawing portrays her, maybe also her personality is different, since the drawing shows her just as a "Sweetheart Jr.", but the Rainy Mari one appears more calm and "normal", but maybe that's just a far reach, since she only has one dialogue shown in the trailer and perhaps once we interact with her, she becomes more "Sweetheart"-like.
