Sleeptime journaling
Am I doing it right?
When I'm adding data about if I had coffee, reading, gaming, snacking and so on.
Am I supposed to add that on the day I wake up or add it before I go to sleep?
I had this band for a couple of weeks and have been using the journaling for a week but I have been logging what I have been doing before sleep at the day I wake up and now when thinking it through I should probably log what I do before sleep on the same day that I do them right?
And yes, before you ask. I feel a little bit stupid 😬
