Just got uniform checked and my manager has been on everyone about tiny things. Apparently even if we have names embroidered on our staters jackets it doesn’t count? So Im gonna have my name twice on me?
Anything to get rid of us huh.

Just wondering what helps you guys. I know things are going from bad to worse due to corporate greed. It took me a long time to realize in my department “if it doesn’t get done, then it’s okay. Just breathe, it’s temporary. You are here for a check, take in the good.” I have to repeat this to myself a lot every day.
I know it’s not the best place to transfer to, but produce is turning me into something I don’t like and Im afraid of.
Ive already snapped at 3 coworkers. My produce manager is lazy as shit and complains when he has to do something that takes less than 30 seconds. I can do a million things right but he will only point out the one thing I did not fill. I have also seen every produce manager at other stores check, and except for him. He gets mad at me when they call me up to check and tells me to ignore the front end including the store manager and keys when they call. My produce manager has been talked to about this multiple times and yet he still does this.The past few months I have been put on lot. I understand lot is easy but it’s different when you have an entire department hanging over your head.
I know that milkbox is not gonna be the best, but in the end it’s just fill milk, eggs, cheese, and face it at night.
When the opening csr makes the schedule on the clip board for the day, is the closing csr allowed to make changes to it? Just curious, because at my store the closing csr will make a heavy amount of changes and use white out.
