I recently learned that spraying heat protectant on dry hair before styling doesn’t do anything? What am I supposed to do if I want to curl/style my hair when it’s dry? I use the Tresemme heat spray

I’ve been getting into bed and telling myself I’ll take a 20 minute nap before actually getting ready to sleep, always end up snoozing for 2 hours or straight up sleeping for 4+ hours. How bad is this 😭
