hi everyone! i was recommended this community from posting in a parenting advice community & i was looking for some insight!

the pediatricians we have had are not concerned with her height & weight as they incline together & she hasn't plateaued either one yet! she will be 1 mid June & im very excited! but she is called a chunk by pretty much everyone & they all seem to amazed at her size, everyone but her dad is pretty happy to see such a big & healthy baby!

he seems extremely concerned she is on the track to be obese despite what i relay from the doctors & is concerned with her eating habits:

- mainly nursing still, nurses while she cosleeps with me (i know this is a hot topic but not exactly what im looking for advice on)

- i'll cook an egg for breakfast, she usually is interested in maybe a fourth of it, sometimes a half

- for lunch she will usually share what i eat, but not always interested in solids for lunch, so nurses often for lunch, occasionally one of the fruit+veggie pouches

- dinner is very random but usually includes veggies of all kinds, and sometimes ground beef from taco nights, i'll make her pastas (her favorite) with the serenity kids meat pouches as a sauce (grass fed beef/kale, bison/kabocha squash/spinach, free range chicken/carrots/peas) if i make a 1/2 cup serving of pasta, we make it last for around 3 dinners typically. she will also eat chili for dinner if we have it, she definitely gets her protein in!

todays dinner included 1/3 of the aforementioned pasta dinner, she tried her first colby jack cheese stick, and an apple/pear/sweet potato pouch

if she is not interested, she does NOT eat. she rubs her face and turns away

her activity includes her crawling around everywhere! scaling anything she can, not yet walking! which i think is a big contributor to why she's in 2T these days lol.

but does anyone have any sort of advice or maybe some tips for me here? whether that be what to tell her concerned dad or what i could do to better tweak her diet? i am in the business of feed baby if she wants it & offer nursing as an alternative & i don't think i should restrict meals from her at all
