Cape Cod beaches, transportation, lodging
Hello, looking for some advice. Looking to plan a trip to Cape Cod in mid July. Traveling from the southwest of US. Traveling with 2 older teenagers and hoping our young adult son is able to join us. I realize I’m late on the planning, but long story short, having to pivot on summer plans due to circumstances out of our control. Hoping to pull together a relaxing family vacation.
Looking to rent a home in Chatham. Have been scouring weneedavacation.com. Any other recommended rental sites?
What are the best public beaches in the area? We will have a car.
Is there a residential area of Chatham that would be walkable/bikeable to restaurants, shops, etc.? We will have a car, but we like to give our teenagers a little freedom during the day to explore.
Is there any type of bus or other transportation to Cape Cod from Logan Airport? Our adult son is not able to arrive until the day after us, thus, we need to figure out transportation to get him to Chatham. He is not yet 25, so another rental car is not an option.
