Will SSRI work if the root cause is neck? Is there any science behind it? Anybody who knows it's their neck tried SSRI and it helped?

Looking for feedback for my reddit alt - tavern

The web app is done, I have ios and android done in like 60% but I have some other respnsibilities plus there is lack of motivation due to nobody using the web version. Can anybody share any feedback, should I keep working on it?
The goal is to be basically reddit clone, but without all the enshitification that gradually destroyed this place.
