[PAID] Trailer music for a xianxia game
Project Overview
Game Title: Pierce Through Heavens
About the Game: An open-world multiplayer RPG deeply rooted in Chinese mythology and xianxia literature. Players are challenged to gather rare resources, craft potent elixirs, and cultivate ancient martial arts to survive the continent’s many dangers and ascend as immortals.
Asset Request: Music Trailer
Deliverable: 1x Music Trailer
Specifications
The 5-Second Hook (0:00 - 0:05)
- Immediate Impact: Start with a "signature hit" or an instantly recognizable traditional Chinese motif.
- Goal: Catch a scrolling Steam user's attention in the first 3 seconds before they click away.
The "Magic" Loop (0:05 - 0:45)
- Rhythm: High-energy, driving percussion (Chinese war drums) that mimics the "action" of your gameplay.
- Emphasis: Every 5–8 seconds, the music should have a subtle "beat drop" or transition point. This allows the trailer editor to cut between different "Magic" moments (Crafting -> Combat -> Flying/Ascending).
- No Logos: The music shouldn't "wait" for a studio logo. It should assume the player is seeing gameplay from frame one.
The Escapist Climax (0:45 - 1:00)
- Vibe: Full "Xianxia" power fantasy. Heavy orchestral.
- Length: Keep the total "high energy" portion under 60 seconds.

Project Details
- Budget: 125$
- Philosophy: "Gameplay is what shoppers are looking for; lore obscures the genre." The music should scream Open World / Xianxia / RPG immediately, rather than telling a slow story.
