So ive decided to purchase both regal unlimited and amc a-list for a 3 month term;Both services offer a month for free(regal unlimited refferal codes give you a free month after your intiial 3+the friend who gave you the code) or for dirt cheap(amc a list 99c first month,but locked in for 3 after)

In this comparison I will be using both Regal Atlantic Station Location and the Phillps Plaza AMC in buckhead near where I live. Amc is a 9 minute drive, while regal is 14.

Price comparison:

I also got +1month Regal Unlimited plus FREE after my initial 3 months via a refferal code;use mine if you want an extra month free as well(G97HM7MV)

I bought the amc A list promo for April (99c first month, 27.99 before tax locked in 3 months after)

So regal offers a month for 99c cheaper. Not significant but also gives the person you get the refferal from a month extra as well.

Amc doesnt offer this.

Although regal Atlantic Station offers more formats;they upcharge unlike amc. What is the upcharge?

Regal offers meals that include fries for 10.34 for a hotdog and fries, 12.14 for 3 tenders and fries.etc its a great deal if youre looking for a bigger meal for less.

Screening options: Regal offers way more international films+ throwback and re releases. Amc Phillps does offer "artisan films" and throwbacks/re releases but not as often as regal. Regal has the upper hand for true movie lovers who love movies,old and new.

The rewards system operates similar on both apps but I prefer regal.

Atlantic station regal is also beautiful, vibrant and has great vibes! Posters, backdrops for pictures. The best experience of going out to the cinema in my opinion!

Amc Phillps is nowhere near that but isnt bad, but lack the true big theater atmosphere.

If you love watching movies old and new, good deals on concessions and date nights (vip section) choose regal unlimited plus especially if youre in the North Atlanta area. Also the only truly unlimited plan! Watch as many 2d movies as you want whenever you want. Your parking is validated at regal Atlantic Station as well! So no need to pay to park.

If you prioritize saving money and getting the best bang for your buck for premium formats go for AMC a-list. You can get away with spending 0$ extra on your subscription unlike Regal IF you go to formats other than 2d often. You do have a limit of 4 reservations for movies and limited to 4 movies a week.
