Any UCL Wargaming groups out there?

Hiii! I'm NOT from UCL. In fact, I am your enemy.

But unfortunately, if I was to march an army of students from KCL down towards Bloomsbury, I would likely be labelled a domestic terrorist. So I have another proposition.

I've created a society in King's called the Online Strategy Society. The gist is that we hold debates and play wargames. I was wondering if there was any UCL Wargaming groups who were interested in playing with and competing against with a KCL Wargaming team in any tabletop/digital wargame? Or perhaps, engage in a debate with us over a contemporary/historical security issue?

Might as well see!

Accounting/Admin issues SMEs face?

Wondering if there are any standout common trends that Singapore SMEs face in accounting or admin. Any pitfalls that most SMEs, perhaps new business owners, should be aware of?

Is there any issue that Singapore SMEs and accountants are eager to solve before anything else?

Unsure about changing the lock with 1 month notice

Hello all - My father owns a flat in Kennington and he's been trying to get rid of a tenant who has been subletting for years so that I can move in to study at university.

I'm not sure how the process works and my father has a solicitor, however he wants me to help draft a letter of notice that if the tenant does not move out in a month, we will change the lock.

We have already requested them to vacate the property months ago, and they have not. Furthermore we have not signed agreements with them for two years, however they continue to pay us.

Is this process of changing the lock with a month's notice legal, and/or should we take any other action? I want to move in by mid-September and we want the flat properly refurbished by that time.

EDIT - My father has previously submitted a Section 21 Notice July 2025. The tenant has apparently continued to pay us from a limited company which we have no agreement with after this notice was submitted.

Thank you all for the replies and advice, it is greatly appreciated. I will not write the letter or have any personal involvement in this affair and I'll urge my dad to talk to a solicitor, as well as the tenant directly, before any further action is taken.
