Hi, we have walk in shower stall with square multicolored tiles. Every time I wash the tiles and even sometimes when we shower, pieces of tile flake off. As the pieces flake off the tile colors lighten. There is one spot where it is so bad that there is no tile on top and a scooped out depression. I am uncertain what to do? Can I leave it or will that risk leaking into the crawl space. If I replace it can I just replace the floor tile or do I need to redo the entire shower.
