hello, i recently bought a car from carmax in california. i also updated my car insurance. can i still drive my car normally while waiting for the car registration and title to come in the mail? do you know how long should i expect to receive them? thank you!!
This is my first time buying a used car from CarMax. So let’s say I signed all I need and about to drive the car off the lot, what do I do with my current car insurance for my current car? I’m planning to retired my old car but still waiting for the application to process from Bar.CA.Gov.
Does it mean I shouldn’t drive the new car until I got an updated insurance card? Also if I updated the insurance, does it mean my old car is insured until I got rid of it or would they make me insure both cars until one of them is gone? Thank you!!
