Why the scratches on the right band?

First I thought it was the mould finish, I cleaned it up, it's not. There is no damage on the frame whatsoever, the scratches develop on the right band on the bottom, after only 50ish shots. I once ignored them and the bands snapped at that place, sooner than at the pouch end. I use snipersling black .4 25-20 for 8mm steel, there's 7cm extra draw to the maxed out point short draw, for 20m range and I get about 280fps with that. I never get fork hits. I also get the scratches on other brands, I also got them on a really really weak precise bandset, just more slowly.

.4 with 8mm steel and snipersling pouches, short draw (77cm draw), bands cut to max out 3cm past my anchor point. With maxed out 30-15mm I got 303fps.

30-15mm avg 84.3/276fps

28/14 80.3/263

26/13 75.25/246

It was about 19 degrees Celsius outside, I release right after drawing back. I was expecting a lot more from the snipersling black since the old video from ATO slings got 320fps+ with the old version of snipersling black.
