I made a 14-track tribute album for FFX in a soothing/majestic style on piano & violin
Hi everyone, Nostalgia Dreams here 👋 This time I'm giving you a complete re-imagination of selected parts of the Final Fantasy X OST in my style of soothing/majestic piano and violin arrangements. Everything completely hand-made without AI, both music and artwork.
FFX is another game I never got the chance to experience as a kid (being in the Nintendo camp). And playing it now I’m continuously surprised of all the grown subjects that these Final Fantasy games handle, from religion to sacrifice and relationships. It was definitely a treat to follow the journey of Tidus, Yuna and the others throughout this epic adventure.
The music is quite delightful as well, with stand-out tracks in my opinion being “To Zanarkand”, “Calm Before the Storm” and “Yuna’s Theme”.
The “Final Fantasy X” original soundtrack was composed by Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu, Junya Nakano, Noriko Matsueda and Takahito Eguchi.
