Hello, I am looking to convert my single family property in Burlington area Vermont to a multiple condos (combo of 1br and 2br units) property with garages. As there is space for 4 garages, should those 4 garages be just for the 2 bedroom units (2 garages/2br unit and 1br units not have garages?)? Need feedback from a ease of sale and financial return ROI perspective. Other option I have been thinking is not have garages at all and instead make the whole building only have 2br units (build out first floor instead of garages). Appreciate feedback!
